You probably already have many natural products at home that will do the job.
One other tip is using face mud to heal and eliminate acne.
Also avoid really hot water or harsh soaps and detergents when bathing.

Very interesting! I had 2 big reports to concentrate on this week and last week and have been carrying a bottle of Rosemary oil in my handbag and dabbing a few drops on a tissue to inhale every now and again. It helps to keep me focused too. Excellent article. Thanks for sharing.

Great article, love the tip about jojoba oil at night before handcream, as jojoba is so expensive nowadays do you feel almond oil will work just as well?

Re: Water
The "experts" have been disproved regarding 8 glasses of water a day, it depends on the person's size, metabolism and current state of hydration. 8 glasses can be too much for some and flush out essential nutrients.

Hi Sue, I'm not quite sure if you mean any essential oils to avoid in general, or oils to avoid actually on the acne.

Generally speaking, your daughter would be okay to use all non-sensitising essential oils except on the acne. Subject to your doctors approval, lavender and tea tree diluted in a carrier lotion can be helpful with preventing infection and speeding up the healing of acne.

Check with your doctor first though.

Hope this helps.

I love to use rosemary oil in my skin cream as it brightens my dull complexion nicely. It is also useful for adding to your shampoo if you have dandruff.

Hello Kaylie,

Argan oil is a vegetable oil (carrier oil) and is just as suscepible to oxidation as are all essential oils.

Therefore it's best to keep all your oils away from direct sunlight and rapid changes in temperature. If you do this, they will last much longer.

Here's an article explaining more about this important subject;

Hi, I have a question..

since u said that argan oil does not contain a high concentration of essential oils. so is it necessary to keep it away from the sunlight ?? to prevent oxidation ?
