Thank you to Shellrun91 for telling me what happened in the first 4/5 of the 30 man Royal Rumble match. I was only able to watch the last few minutes of the 30 man over the top Rumble match.

WWE got rid of blade jobs and bleeding because they were concerned about it being too disturbing and imappropriate for kids. Yet, they keep other more "disturbing" acts of violence like chair shots, ladder matches and spots, table spots, Hell in a cell matches and elimination chamber matches. This doesn't make much sense as those things are way more "violent" than the act of bleeding.
