DIY Body Oil
Creating your own DIY aromatherapy body hydration product can be simple, effective, and tailored to your preferences.
Body oils are considered good for the skin because they offer deep hydration, nourishment, and protection. They lock in moisture by forming a protective barrier on the skin, which helps prevent water loss — especially useful for dry or mature skin.
Scented body oils with essential oils like lavender or eucalyptus can also promote relaxation and stress relief.
Our straightforward recipe for a hydrating DIY body oil combines moisturising ingredients with essential oils for an aromatic, therapeutic effect. Enjoy silky, soft skin all year round.
