Do I need to open an account to place an order?

You don't need to already have an account before you can order, you simply create one at the Checkout.

At the Secure Checkout page choose 'No, I am a new customer' and enter your email address in the box that will then appear. Click on the 'Continue' button and you will begin the checkout process. After entering your address details you will be asked to choose a password for your account. Be sure to make a note of it!

How will I know my order has been accepted?

For your peace of mind you will receive an auto-generated order acknowledgement email within minutes of placing your order which will outline all the details of the order that you have placed.

I'm having trouble finding a product

Use the 'Search' facility located in the header of all product pages, and type in the name of the product you are looknig for. Your results will appear in order of relevance, according to your search term.

I don't live in the UK - can I still buy from you?

Most probably. To confirm that we deliver to your area, please see a full list of countries. If yours is not on this list then it means we are unable to deliver to your country.

Can I see my previous orders?

Yes. Log into Your Account where you will find a history of all your previous orders listed by date.

How do I remove items in my basket?

To view the contents of your basket select View Basket which is located at the top of every page. On the basket page under the 'Qty' column change the quantity to '0' (zero) and click 'Update', which is located under the figure you just entered.

My country is not included in the dropdown list at the Checkout

If you country or delivery area does not appear in the dropdown list at the checkout, please scroll to the top of the page and ensure you have selected the correct site region in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
