Outright winner of 'Best Day Cream' in the Natural Health & Beauty Awards 2008!
For the 4th year in a row, Quinessence fought off stiff competition to pick up an exclusive award from the beauty experts at this years Natural Health Beauty Awards.
Aroma-botanicals® Age Defying Cream was voted outright winner in the 'Best Day Cream' category, claiming it was;-
'An excellent value-for-money daily moisturiser. Light and delicately scented it combines extracts of organic English Lavender and Rose Otto oils, together with Shea Butter and Aloe Vera to help plump up the skin and protect against free radical damage'.
In the 2008 Beauty Award Supplement, editor Charlotte Smith commented, 'More and more of us are waking up to the fact that there is no comparison with a face cream manufactured by a corporate giant with cheap ingredients and industrial synthetics, to one that is prepared ethically and conscientiously from organic essential oils and natural plant extracts'.
After many years of striving towards these standards, as a small specialist company we were absolutely delighted and honoured to be recognised by the panel at Natural Beauty magazine. After all, we were competing with many more, bigger, better-known brands than in previous years.

Natural Health & Beauty Awards - Double success for Quinessence in 2007!
Whilst Helen Mirren was busy collecting her Oscar in Hollywood, we were celebrating our own industry successes when Quinessence were awarded two prestigious awards in the Natural Health and Beauty Awards 2007.
The Awards, published in Natural Health magazine's March issue, recognised the key selling points of the Quinessence Aroma-botanicals brand - an all-natural range without the usual hefty price tag.
In the category of 'Best Moisturiser' we fought off stiff competition to scoop the 'Highly Commended' award for our Aroma-botanicals® Vitamin E Cream. This innovative cream contains a unique blend of nourishing botanicals including Aloe Vera, Rosehip and Safflower infused with the finest organic Neroli essential oil to provide exceptional moisturising qualities.
This rich and super-moisturising cream is perfect for banishing wrinkles too because vitamin E is well known to be one of nature's finest anti-oxidants, packed with anti-ageing and skin softening properties. And of the three products finalised in that category it was the Aroma-botanicals® Vitamin E Cream that proved to be the bargain of the bunch, with a price tag just a fraction of the cost of the other two products.

Voted 'Best All-Natural Range' plus 'Best Bargain Moisturiser' - Natural Health & Beauty Magazine 2006
For the second year in succession, the Quinessence Aromatherapy Collection has won acclaim from the beauty experts at the prestigious Natural Health and Beauty magazine!
In the magazines Natural Beauty Awards 2006, Quinessence Aroma-botanicals® skin care was voted 3rd place in two separate categories by the panel of judges. Placed in the 'Hot Contenders' category, the team of beauty experts and judges awarded Aroma-botanicals® a 'Best All-Natural Range'.
Further to this accolade, our hugely popular Vitamin E Cream also went on to be voted a Best Bargain Moisturiser under the Hot Contenders category too. The Natural Beauty Awards claim to conduct the most comprehensive product reviews in the industry, covering over 25 different categories, and once again this year we found ourselves competing with leading brand names such as Aveda, Elemis, Jurlique, E'SPA, Dermalogica, Weleda, Dr Hauschka and Neals Yard.
Commenting on the results of their exhaustive tests, Natural Beauty magazine said, 'With such a great selection of chemical-free ranges to choose from, you'd think that picking winners for our annual Natural Beauty Awards would be an easy task - but you'd be mistaken! Our team of beauty experts and judges have had a tough time whittling down the vast array of worthy contenders down to the lucky few finalists.'
We are delighted to have been chosen for these awards, since we continually strive at Quinessence to produce the finest products using only natural ingredients that have not been tested on animals. Voted 'Best Facial Oil' - Natural Health and Beauty magazine 2005
In the Natural Health and Beauty magazine Awards 2005, Quinessence Rose in Jojoba Dilution was voted the outright winner in the 'Best Facial Oil' category!
To win this prestigious award we had to fight off strong competition from well known rival companies such as Neal's Yard Remedies, Tisserand, Dr Hauschka, Elemis and Dermalogica. Hundreds of natural products were tested to see which ones actually lived up to their claims - although in all modesty we don't really make any claims about this product.
Pure rose oil
People who practice aromatherapy are usually familiar with the vast range of therapeutic benefits that can be gained when using rose oil, the greatest challenge for consumers is actually finding a good quality, unadulterated rose oil at a truly competitive price.
Extracted by an advanced carbon dioxide process, our pure Rose oil (Rosa centifolia) from Morocco is diluted in moisturising Jojoba oil to help bring you soft and radiant skin. Jojoba oil has a shelf life of many, many years which means unlike most diluted essential oils it does not have a short therapeutic life expectancy.
Simply add a few drops of Quinessence Rose Dilution to a light carrier oil such as Sweet Almond, Apricot or Peach Kernel oil to experience the benefits that Rose oil can bring to your complexion. Of course, you need not restrict its use just to your face - it can be used anywhere on the body to improve the skins condition.
Value for money
The Quinessence Rose Dilution offers excellent value for money and is available in either a 5% or 10% concentration, so you can choose according to your budget.
Other precious and floral oils available in the Quinessence Dilution Range include; Champaka, Jasmine, Linden Blossom, Lotus, Melissa True, Neroli, Tuberose and Violet Leaf.
