Browsing

To begin shopping, select a category from the navigation bar on the left-hand side of this page. Some categories have drop-down menu's that provide other related sub-categories of products.

Scroll down the page to browse the list of products under your chosen category, or select another page to view another product range. You can click on a product to view further details and more pictures. For more information about a product, click on 'More Details' and another page will open up.

Add to Basket

To add the product to your Shopping Basket, first select the size/colour you require and click 'Add to Basket'. A new page opens up showing you the content of your Shopping Basket, and here you can select the quantity of the item you have chosen.

Changing items and quantities

If you change your mind and don't want a product, simply enter a quantity of '0' and the item will be removed from the Shopping Basket. As you continue browsing, your Shopping Basket will remember your items as you progress through the website.

To view the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time whilst browsing, simply click on the 'View Basket' icon which is located at the top right of every page.

Delivery charges

When you shop with Quinessence, there are no further charges other than those you can see in your basket. The price you see is the price you pay!

For customers residing within the United Kingdom mainland delivery is FREE! If you live overseas, the prices you see include delivery to your door. It's easy!

Checkout

After you have finished placing the items into your Shopping Basket, click on Checkout where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order. You can cancel your order at any stage during the process and there is no commitment to purchase until you enter your credit card details.

Our Checkout is protected within a secure, encrypted environment where you enter your delivery and payment details to complete your order.

Create an Account

After completing your details at the Checkout, you are invited to Create an Account. All you need to do this is choose a password and then retype it to check for typo's. Now you can monitor your order & save your details for next time. This will save you from re-entering all your details the next time you shop. You do not have create an account to shop with Quinessence, it is simply there to save you precious time and to monitor your orders.

Once you have completed your order, simply click 'Place Order' and your order will be processed.

Order acknowledgement

For your peace of mind you will receive an auto-generated order acknowledgement within minutes of placing your order which outlines all the details of the order that you have placed. Please check this e-mail and let us know immediately if you have made a mistake with your order so that we may amend it for you.
