Browsing

To begin shopping, select a category from the navigation bar on the left-hand side of this page. Some categories have drop-down menu's that provide other related sub-categories of products.

Scroll down the page to browse the list of products under your chosen category, or select another page to view another product range. You can click on a product to view further details and more pictures. For more information about a product, click on 'More Details' and another page will open up.

Add to Basket

To add the product to your Shopping Basket, first select the size/colour you require and click 'Add to Basket'. A new page opens up showing you the content of your Shopping Basket, and here you can select the quantity of the item you have chosen.

Changing items and quantities

If you change your mind and don't want a product, simply enter a quantity of '0' and the item will be removed from the Shopping Basket. As you continue browsing, your Shopping Basket will remember your items as you progress through the website.

To view the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time whilst browsing, simply click on the 'View Basket' icon which is located at the top right of every page.

Delivery charges

When you shop with Quinessence, there are no further charges other than those you can see in your basket. The price you see is the price you pay!

For customers residing within the United Kingdom mainland delivery is FREE on orders over £10.00 - that's right, just £10.00! If you live overseas, the prices you see include delivery to your door. It's easy!

Checkout

After you have finished placing the items into your Shopping Basket, click on 'Checkout' where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order. You can cancel your order at any stage during the process and there is no commitment to purchase until you enter your credit card details.

Our Checkout is protected within a secure, encrypted environment where you enter your delivery and payment details to complete your order.

Creating an Account

Before you enter your address details at the Checkout, you will need to open an account if you are a new customer. Simply click on the 'Create an Account' button and you will be taken to the Checkout where can enter your personal details.
